Large batches - efficient processing - excellent adhesion
The two conveyor operatedpowder coating plants allows larger batches of components to be processed efficiently in a full range of colours and finishes. Components pass through either a three-stage or five-and-a-half-stage pre-treatment process to ensure that they are fully degreased and chemically-coated to give excellent paint adhesion.
Smaller batches - larger components - wet or powder coating
We offer batch spraying of wet or power paint allows smaller batches and larger components to be processed. A five-stage pre-treatment facility allows superior paint adhesion.
